We are a registered charity (no. 1054645) and a company limited by guarantee (no. 3180496). We receive no direct grants from central or local goverment, but are funded by a combination of self-generated income from the small charges we make for our items, revenue for providing services to local authorities, and grants from charitable trusts.

We collect furniture and appliances from households, hotels, recycling centres and other locations. Our collection area covers a wide range of places. To arrange a collection, please phone us on 020 8493 0900.

For our clients to get the full benefit from our services, including free delivery, we aim to work with many partner agencies to ensure that all sections of the community can access our services.
